I was on my way to the ferry after enjoying a stroll around Liberty Island, when I spotted this adorable pup taking in the scenery. There was no way I could let this photo opportunity pass! My mid-range zoom lens did its job.
Speaking of zoom lenses, I am currently saving for a new (to me) telephoto lens. The 70-300mm I have used for many years gave up the ghost, so I had to retire it. I have my eyes on a Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM Autofocus Telephoto Zoom Lens. The image stabilization will come in handy and is a feature my previous telephoto did not have. Another month of Patreon payouts will nearly get me there. I’m excited for this upgrade!
