There are a lot of interesting stores inside Essex Market, including a small record store. I may have to travel a bit to get here, but it’s become one of my favorite places to hang out. I went there the day after Christmas to browse the record store and ended up waiting while the shopkeeper had their lunch break. I didn’t mind, because it wasn’t crowded. Besides, the people watching was good.
