As long as the weather isn’t too wild, I have started walking with my camera even in the rain. The next series of photos was made on a windy evening as I traveled to and from Manhattan.
I like the dreamy quality my wide-open 50mm lens gives this shot. Having the aperture open to 1.8 gives the image a vignetted look and slightly blurs all but what I am focused on.
