Reset

Posted on 17 January 201816 January 2018

Today I carried my camera when I went out for errands and told myself to just shoot whatever caught my eye. It didn’t matter if it was something I had shot plenty of times before or if it didn’t match any of my ongoing series. I have to do that sometimes to reset my photographer’s eye. Otherwise I get too caught up in perfectionism to enjoy what I do.

180th Street Station. Bronx (NY), USA. 16 January 2018.
