More people could see this view, if the Parkchester train station was accessible, but alas, like 75% of the New York City subway system it is not. The MTA just voted to raise one-way fares to $3.00 with another raise in 2021. Will accessibility come to this major transportation hub in between now and 2021? Time will tell.
