This past Sunday I had the pleasure of returning to and introducing a friend to one of my favorite places in NYC: The Met Cloisters Museum. I was surprised by how many people were there at 1pm on a Sunday, but it wasn’t overcrowded. We spent a couple of hours moving through the galleries and admiring the art displayed there. This is the first exhibition space just past the admissions desk. It’s a small museum, but there is a lot to see. It also lends itself well to walking meditation, especially when the weather is warm and the gardens are open.
